Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Account

You may create an account using your email address or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are assigned a randomly generated username; you may not choose or change it to include offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

  • •Submit answers or content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, or illegal
  • •Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate matchmaking
  • •Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
  • •Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

4. User-Generated Content

During gameplay, you may submit text answers that are temporarily visible to your opponent. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not pre-screen answers but reserve the right to take action against accounts that repeatedly submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We are not liable for any content submitted by users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to questions, game design, graphics, sounds, and software — is owned by Asena YANGIN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you consent to receiving game-related messages such as streak reminders and match invitations. You may opt out at any time via your device settings.

7. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Subscriptions

  • •The App offers optional subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time.

Gem Packs & One-Time Purchases

  • •The App sells consumable items, such as gem packs and bundles, for a one-time price through the App Store or Google Play. These purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or the store's own policies.

Virtual Items (Gems, Jokers, Lives)

  • •Gems, jokers, lives, and any other virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use a feature of the App. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the App.
  • •We may change, manage, limit, or remove virtual items and adjust their prices, earn rates, or the in-game economy at any time without notice or liability.
  • •If your account is terminated or the App is discontinued, any unused virtual items are forfeited without refund.
  • •Requesting a payment chargeback or reversal for a purchase may result in loss of the related items and suspension or termination of your account.

Advertising

  • •The App displays third-party advertisements, including full-screen ads and optional rewarded ads that grant virtual items when watched to completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products or services they promote.
  • •Attempting to obtain ad rewards through automation, tampering, or other fraudulent means is prohibited and may result in loss of items and account termination.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, game progress, or damages resulting from use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asena YANGIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
